3 If a is greater than 0, how many intersections do the function f(x) = ax2 + bx + c and x-‐axis have?
(1) f(x – 4) has 2 intersections with x-‐axis.

4 What is the remainder when 7548 is divided by 10?
A. 1
B. 0
C. 3
D. 7
E. 9
5 Is |x + y| < |x| + |y|?
(1) xy < 0
(2) x + y < 0
