　　这道题考查的是平行结构和having done的修饰。首先，both and是一个封闭式的平行搭配。

　　类似的结构还有not...but...，这样的结构要求绝对的平行，不能有任何的省略。所以这里both和and后面要求一样。

　　A选项后面both和as well as搭配错误。

　　B选项both后面用的是介词in，and后面跟名词Tokyo，不平行。

　　C和E句尾用having won，这样一种修饰表示“赢得”这个动作，在谓语动词performed后面，逻辑不通。

　　所以本题选D。
