这道题主要考查句子结构和while的用法。
B选项只有一个who引导的从句，主句没有谓语动词。排除。
C选项and后面跟的是谓语动词found，前面是修饰，and前后不平行，排除。
D和E选项用了while这个从句的引导词。这个词有两个逻辑意思，一个是对比，或者是让步和转折。这里语义上都没有。
