这题句子的意思是，这片废墟很可能是一座教堂，从它的朝向、整体平面图以及被发现的文物可以看出来。
这里，orientation,plan和artifect应该是平行结构，因为它们都表明废墟是教堂的原因。
A选项，这三者不平行。一会儿有by，一会儿没有。
B选项挑出主干，发现语义错误，变成结构被表明，宾语也是多余的。
C选项是倒装句，主语是后面的orientation，但是三个主语之间平行连接很混乱，后面加了but also，前面还有and。
