　　【错误】 固定搭配：“agree to do sth.”表意为“同意做某事”，因此根据语法，“most scientists agree to be caused……”应翻译为“大多数科学家同意被引起……”，表意不合理。

　　(B)a phenomenon most scientists agree that is caused by fossil fuels burned by human beings,

　　【错误】 句子意思：“that is caused by”中的“that”实际上是“a phenomenon”的定语从句的引导词，而“most scientists agree”本意上应是定语从句的一部分内容，因此应放在“that”的后方。
